Priscilla's Decor: Booking & Event Policies

. Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. No date is held without a deposit.

. Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.

. Last-minute Bookings: Events booked within 14 days of the date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

. Access: The client is responsible for ensuring Priscilla's Decor has access to the venue at least 4 hours before the event.

. Outdoor Events: We cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons for outdoor setups due to the lifespan of the balloons for outdoor setups due to sun, wind and heat. shaded or indoor locations are always recommended. 

. Cleanup: Our standard fee includes professional setup only. The client is responsible for balloon disposal and teardown unless a "strike & Cleanup" service is added to the contract. 

. Cancellations: If you cancel, the retainer is non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 14 days in advance, your deposit may be applied to a future date within 6 months (subject to Availability).

. Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but we cannot guarantee availability.

. Choking Hazard: Balloons, beads, and other decor items are a choking hazard. Please ensure children are supervised. Priscilla's Decor is not liable for any accidents or injuries once the installation is complete.

. Equipment: All frames, stands, and drapes are the property of Priscilla's Decor. A replacement fee will be charged for any items lost or damaged by the client or guests.

. Moving Decorations: For the safety of your guests and the design, we kindly ask that no decorations be moved or adjusted once the installation is complete. Priscilla's Decor is not responsible for any damages or injury that occurs if decor is handled, relocated, or modified by the client or guests.
